Applications

The cleaning head contains an ultrasonic generation chamber and two vacuum adsorption chambers. The dust particles are adhered to the surface of the flat substrate by the adsorption layer, and the adhesion of the dust particles must be overcome in order to remove them. Through the powerful fan, the ultrasonic generation cavity of the cleaning head provides 8-16Kpa clean gas, and the gas generates ultrasonic waves through the ultrasonic wave generator, using the energy and vibration of ultrasonic wave propagation, so that the dust particles overcome the adhesion force on the surface of the flat substrate, to pull up, roll and slide three kinds of movement (single or mixed) from the surface of the flat substrate, so that the dust particles are separated from the surface of the flat substrate. The vacuum chamber of the cleaning head is used to adsorb the dust particles. When the dust particles are separated from the surface of the flat substrate, the dust particles are driven by the reflection of ultrasonic waves, and the moving dust particles are instantly sucked away by the vacuum adsorption chamber of the cleaning head, thus achieving the effect of cleaning the dust particles on the surface of the flat substrate.
