Semiconductor IC field: COB, COG, COF, ACF process, for cleaning before hitting the line, soldering; silicone, plastic, polymer field silicone, plastic, polymer plasma surface roughening, etching, activation.
Many materials cannot be well packaged for printing and bonding processes without plasma surface treatment systems. We know that the use of active sodium-alkaline metals can improve the bonding ability, but these methods are not easy to control and the solution is harmful.
