In the molding process, need to use release agent, to ensure that it can be effectively separated from the mold after curing molding, but the use of release agent will inevitably make the patch surface residual too much release agent, resulting in pollution, weak interface layer, so that the coating is easy to fall off.
The conventional cleaning method is to wipe with acetone and other organic solvents or remove the residual release agent after grinding.
