Plasma cleaning instrument PDMS:

Polydimethylsiloxane, or PDMS for short, is an organosilicon polymer, plasma cleaning device cleaning PDMS is widely used at home and abroad. One of the most common applications for PDMS is in the field of microfluidic systems, where specified polydimethylsiloxane (e.g. Sylgard184) is structured upon request, plasmacytreated, and PDMS chips are permanently coated on glass panels, silicon surfaces, or other substrates.
